Picasso and “Guernica”
It offers the chance, from the historical and symbolic point of view, to understand the most famous work by Picasso.

Objectives
– To learn about the artist’s life in order to understand his or her work.
– To improve the ability to explain.
– To work on creativity.
– To become aware of the importance of symbols.
– Becoming aware of the importance of one’s own actions and their influence on others.
1st exercise: historical context of the work
They will deepen their knowledge of the author and the work, as well as its context. They will work in groups.
2nd exercise: creating different materials to explain the theme.
Each group will have to make a mural or sculptures to explain their theme in a creative way using different materials.
3rd exercise: presentation of the topic
Each group will have to explain the analysed topic to the participants of the other groups using the material they have created in the previous exercise.
