Cooperative games transmit a series of fundamental values in the construction of solidarity, empathy and teamwork. In this workshop, participants will explore how collaboration strengthens coexistence, contrasting with the competitiveness that can generate individualism. Through play, they will understand that collective success is very enriching and, like competitive ones, can be a lot of fun.

Objectives:
-To learn to play in a group with new and creative dynamics.
-To feel the wellbeing that comes from working in a group in a comfortable and productive way.
-To encourage collaboration and cooperation.
-To use cooperative games as didactic tools.

Pasos

1st EXERCISE: getting to know each other
The session will begin with dynamics to get to know your colleagues a little better.
2nd EXERCISE: Trust
The chosen games will be used to work on trust between the members of the group.
3rd EXERCISE: Cooperation
Cooperation games are very useful in our daily life, to work in a group, to help each other, to realise the strength of the group…
4th EXERCISE: Communication
We will finish with an exercise that encourages communication.
