Service

In the entrance hall there is an information desk where the staff provides information on all the museum’s services, spaces and programme. The counter has an adapted area.

On each floor there is a seating area with benches. Folding chairs are available at the reception, on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor.

There are accessible toilets on the reception floor and in the temporary exhibition (basement) with a sink inside the bathroom.

The locker service is located in the tent, where backpacks and other items can be stored.
We offer groups the option of storing the bags or backpacks they bring in lockers or chests in the same space.

We offer free wifi without password.

The adapted toilet in the shop has a baby changing table, a nappy bin and a sink in the front room.
