Vignettes for human rights
The exhibition ‘Vignettes for Human Rights’ was born from the International Competition organized by the Fernando Buesa Foundation in 2010 with the aim of capturing the 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of the Rights through vignettes.
With more than 483 works submitted by 210 contestants from nearly fifty countries they created a virtual museum with a clearly educational aim focused on young people between 12 and 18 years old.
This exhibition aims to provide a physical sample of some of the vignettes, along with the article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights referred to, in order to encourage, both the young visitor and the not so young visitor, and get to know the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, deepening into their concepts and, more importantly, integrating them into their life development.
